How to Make a Complaint or Raise a Concern
If you have a concern or wish to make a complaint, please contact us:

Upon receipt, your concern will be reviewed and managed in accordance with HFNC policies.

How Complaints Are Managed
All complaints and concerns are handled under the HFNC Complaints & Concerns Policy, which directs matters into one of two pathways:

  • Code of Conduct / Behaviour Matters

  •  Managed under the HFNC Code of Conduct Breach Review Procedure (link PDF attached)

  • General Complaints

  •  Managed under the HFNC General Complaints Procedure (link PDF attached)

These procedures ensure matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with governing body requirements.

What to Include in Your Complaint
When submitting a complaint, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Date, time, and location of the incident

  • Individuals involved (if known)

  • Any relevant supporting information or evidence.
