How Complaints Are Managed
All complaints and concerns are handled under the HFNC Complaints & Concerns Policy, which directs matters into one of two pathways:

These procedures ensure matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with governing body requirements.

  • A clear description of the issue

Special Round, Fundraising &
Community Initiative Application

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Hurstbridge Football Netball Club.

HFNC proudly supports community initiatives, fundraising activities and awareness campaigns that align with our club values.

To ensure initiatives are appropriately planned, communicated and comply with club and NFNL requirements, all requests must be submitted using this application form.

Applications must be submitted prior to season planning and fixturing and where possible, no later than 31 January each year.

This is to allow sufficient time for planning, budgeting, consultation, communication and, where required, NFNL approval.

Applications received after 31 January may still be considered at the discretion of the Executive. However, approval cannot be guaranteed where there is insufficient time to:

● obtain necessary approvals;

● plan and communicate the initiative;

● coordinate volunteers and club resources; or

● implement the initiative effectively.

Early applications give the best opportunity for approval and successful implementation.
